Jack Rosenbloom is an attorney in Jenkintown, PA. His practice concentrates on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and non-profit companies. He also works with foreign entrepreneurs and emerging businesses throughout North America, Europe and Asia, assisting them with entry into the US market.
Jack is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned his B.A. (1993), and the Widener University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. (1997). He also received an LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova School of Law (2001). He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and the US Tax Court. His legal abilities were recently honored by his peers in Philadelphia Magazine, where Jack was recognized as a “Super Lawyer – Rising Star in 2005” in his area of practice.
Jack frequently writes on subject matter relating to his practice area. His articles have been published in The Journal of Internet Law, The SMU Computer Law Review and Technology Journal, The Exempt Organization Tax Review and several others. In addition to writing, Jack also serves as a guest lecturer at the Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in Technology at Drexel University.
