NYC Rugby Cup Events Annouced

April 26, 2011, New York, NY - Play Rugby USA today launched its official campaign for the NYC Rugby Cup and Cocktail Benefits, taking place on June 11th and June 17th respectively.

HSBC has kindly agreed to support both events again for the third year running and other organizations are already lining up for the popular "adopt a team" program. For a $500 donation, individuals and corporations are matched up with a competing team, which is in turn paired with a rugby playing country. The theme of this year's event celebrates the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.

Full details regarding the 64 teams expected to compete and their adopted countries will be annouced in the next few weeks.
