Harlem Rugby Cup a Success!

Kids, families, and volunteers all greatly enjoyed the 2011 Harlem Rugby Cup! 5 elementary teams from all over Harlem competed for the Cup trophy.

The final showdown came down to the Harlem Boys Club and PS 208A. In a nail-biting match (4-3), the Harlem Boys Club used their speed along the sidelines to win the final game and take home the Cup trophy. PS 75 walked away with the Plate Trophy after playing PS 133 in the Plate Final (4-1). The Harlem Boys Club and PS 133 made an impressive debut. The Harlem Boys Club not only managed to win the Cup, but also finished the tournament undefeated! We look forward to all of the spring tournaments in the upcoming year!

    • We are currently looking for individuals and organizations interested in supporting our 2012 5th Annual NYC Rugby Cup. This one day culminating tournament brings together over 70 teams and 800 kids to compete to be named NYC Champion. We are looking for four levels of support:
    • Gold Supporter: $5000
    • Silver Supporter: $3000
    • Bronze Supporter: $1000
    • Individual Team Supporter: $500
