Play Rugby USA is always on the lookout for new Youth Development Mentors that can coach our rugby curriculum in schools and community based organizations. Whether you are a former or current rugby coach, used to play rugby in school or college, still represent a team now or never played but love the sport and want to give back then you could become a Play Rugby USA YDM. Full Training on our coaching methodology and curriculum is given along with mandatory online assessments through the International Rugby Board, USA Rugby and the positive coaching Alliance. As our program grows so does the number of services we offer after school programs, community based organizations and in our Sports Leadership Academies.
