The Program Vision is supported by 2 separate companies: Play Sports USA, LLC and Play Rugby, Inc. Play Sports USA, LLC supports a growing national network of employees, affiliates and reps that run the Program in their respective territories throughout the country. Play Sports USA, LLC also provides financial and in kind contributions to Play Rugby, Inc to support its ongoing philanthropic activities.

Play Rugby, Inc acts as a national charity that focuses on running the Play Rugby USA program in underserved urban communities. Play Rugby, Inc supports the development of Rugby Leadership Academies that provide a holistic after school experience in collaboration with qualifying youth organizations ("Program Partners"). Play Rugby, inc also supports youth participation in the sport of rugby by providing research and evaluation into the benefits of youth rugby programming, in addition to offering in kind support to qualifying organizations throughout the country to help them establish top quality, sustainable and curriculum-based rugby programs for their youth.
